How long will it take for my Wannaskin to get to me?
We do our best to process orders within 3 business days. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, we will process your order the next business day (i.e. order on Saturday, Monday your order will be processed).
We ship our products with TNT Post. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipping time. Once we have processed your order and posted it in the mail please allow 1-3 business days for your skin to arrive within European countries and all countries outside of Europe 7-10 days.
In order to guarantee a fast and safe delivery, please make sure that you have provided the following information:
• The order number is mentioned in the payment transfer
• Payment reaches us as soon as possible
• Correct email, delivery and billing address
Does Wannaskin ship to my country?
Yes, Wannaskin ships to every country in the world. As always, please make sure your postal address and personal information is correct when registering on our site and checking out
What does it cost to ship to my country?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order and which country your order needs to be shipped to. During the checkout process your shipping costs will be calculated automatically so that you know exactly how much it will cost before your order is placed*.
*Please note that all customs, brokerage and import fees (if applicable) are the receiver’s responsibility. Every country's policies and import taxes are different. It is best to contact your local customs office if you think it may be an issue.
Can the shipping address be different than the billing address?
Yes, your shipping address may be different than your billing address. When ordering please make sure that you enter your correct and complete addresses during checkout. The address in the billing information should match the address that is associated with your payment card.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
Wannaskin offers a 30-day return/exchange policy for any unused or unopened skins. Exchanges may only be made for products of same value. When exchanging a skin, please include your order number, contact details and a note detailing which skin(s) you would like in return. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
