What is a Wannaskin?
Wannaskin is a thin, laminated vinyl canvas that not only looks good but also protects your mobile phone from daily wear and tear. Wannaskin features a patented adhesive technology that allows for easy application and removal which translates into a smooth surface without bubbles and no sticky residue upon removal.
What mobile phone models are you planning to offer in the future?
Wannaskin currently supports all Apple iPhone and Blackberry models, however we do have plans to introduce new mobile phone models in the near future. Our R&D team is working around the clock to make this available to our customers sooner rather than later. Plans to offer Nokia phone skins are in the works as we speak.
Is Wannaskin available for other electronic devices?
Great question, and the answer is yes, sort of. Besides mobile phone skins, Wannaskin plans to offer laptop skins, iPod skins and a whole lot more skins in the near future. Again our R&D team is working like there’s no tomorrow to provide these designs to our customers as soon as possible.
Is the Wannaskin transparent?
No, the material we use is opaque as is the adhesive we use
Can Wannaskin also make car, window or wall skins?

Can I remove my Wannaskin without leaving residues?
Of course you can remove the Wannaskin without leaving residue behind. When removing your Wannaskin do this secure and slowly and in one go.
If I take my Wannaskin off my device can I reapply it?
Yes, it is very easy to remove the Wannaskin, should you choose to do so. Wannaskin’s allow for easy application and fast, clean removal with little to no adhesive residue left on the device. However, once removed, the Wannaskin will never again fit quite as well as the first time.
How can I check my order status?
Sign in to your account via the “login button”. Click on the “Order History” tab to check on your order status.
Can the shipping address be different than the billing address?
Yes, your shipping address may be different than your billing address. When ordering please make sure that you enter your correct and complete addresses during checkout. The address in the billing information should match the address that is associated with your payment card.

How long will it take for my Wannaskin to get to me?
We do our best to process orders within 3 business days. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, we will process your order the next business day (i.e. order on Saturday, Monday your order will be processed).
We ship our products with TNT Post. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipping time. Once we have processed your order and posted it in the mail please allow 1-3 business days for your skin to arrive within European countries and all countries outside of Europe 7-10 days.
In order to guarantee a fast and safe delivery, please make sure that you have provided the following information:
• The order number is mentioned in the payment transfer
• Payment reaches us as soon as possible
• Correct e-mail, delivery and billing address
Does Wannaskin ship to my country?
Yes, Wannaskin ships to every country in the world. As always, please make sure your postal address and personal information is correct when registering on our site and checking out.
What does it cost to ship to my country?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order and which country your order needs to be shipped to. During the checkout process your shipping costs will be calculated automatically so that you know exactly how much it will cost before your order is placed*.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
Wannaskin offers a 30-day return/exchange policy for any unused or unopened skins. Exchanges may only be made for products of same value. When exchanging a skin, please include your order number, contact details and a note detailing which skin(s) you would like in return. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
